About The Position

We are looking for a Field Telecommunications Technician in the Seattle, WA area who has a strong desire to resolve technical issues, is flexible, learns quickly, and can work independently while providing support and guidance to our customer base on SONIFI products. This role is not desk-bound; your day will be spent supporting our customers in your region. SONIFI will supply you with the tools needed for success: a company vehicle, tools, cell phone, laptop, and technical support. As the face for our organization, we are looking for someone who is passionate about the customer and strives to provide a great customer experience. We need someone who can communicate thoughtfully and professionally with the staff at our hospitality customers; and understand and respect the boundaries, protocols, and empathy needed in our healthcare customer environments. Requirements

  • Technical degree plus ONE year of related experience in High-Speed Internet and WIFI, Satellite TV, Digital TV, IPTV, Telecom, RF, CATV, MATV, and Head-end.
  • OR High School Diploma or GED plus THREE years’ work experience in High-Speed Internet and WIFI, Satellite TV, Digital TV, IPTV, Telecom, RF, CATV, MATV, and Head-end.
  • Valid driver’s license and safe driving habits.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing customer priorities and requests.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Ability to learn quickly.
