About The Position
We are looking for a dependable, safety-focused Field Technician to join our commercial construction team. This role involves waterproofing and concrete repair, façade restoration and sealant work, surface preparation, coatings, and membranes. The technician will also be responsible for operating hand and power tools, assisting with scaffolding, lifts, and jobsite setup, and strictly following all OSHA and company safety requirements.
Requirements
- Construction experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate
- Comfortable with physically demanding work and working at heights
- Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn
- Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.
Nice To Haves
- OSHA 10 and equipment certifications are a plus
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
