Requirements
- Five (5) years mechanical experience
- A valid CDL Driver’s License
- Ability to diagnose and repair a wide variety of mechanical and electrical equipment
- Ability to safely use hand and power tools, equipment, and diagnostic devices
- Must be dependable and report to work on time
- Must exhibit a high level of safety consciousness and a clear understanding of equipment safety
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs., safely climb ladders, and regularly walk on uneven ground
- Authorized to work in the United States.
Nice To Haves
- Five (5) years related experience, with Komatsu, Volvo, and Hitachi.
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic, maintenance, and repair of heavy equipment.
- Perform the removal, repair, and installation of transmissions, engines, brakes, differentials, pumps, motors, torque converters, final drives, and other heavy equipment systems or components.
- Perform mechanical and lubrication preventive maintenance on machine systems including hydraulic, power train, and engines.
- Prioritize and make decisions regarding equipment repair as needed.
- Perform other duties as required.
