About The Position
Uptown Rental Properties is seeking a Field Technician for a seasonal position. This is an entry-level role with opportunities for growth within a dynamic company. A valid driver's license is required as the position involves driving company vehicles.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- Work independently to complete assigned tasks within given timeframe
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to interact with residents of varying ages and backgrounds
- Ability to meet physical requirements: The position is considered to have moderate to heavy physical demands. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be required to climb up to nine feet on ladders, work in overhead structures, walk, stand, twist, stoop, bend, squat, and kneel at least 90% of the workday. The employee will occasionally be required to lift, carry and/or move in excess of 100 pounds and frequently be required to lift, carry and/or move in excess of 50 pounds during the normal course of a workday.
Responsibilities
- Moving trash and recycling bins in and out on specified days
- Litter/trash collection in exterior and interior common areas
- Gutter cleaning
- Leaf blowing
- Pet station maintenance
- Salting walkways
- Provide support in moving furniture, appliances, etc. as needed
- Other duties as assigned
