310J Field Technician
About The Position
MasterTech is seeking Field 310J Trailer Technicians to join a dealership with excellent benefits and work perks. This role is ideal for experienced Trailer Technicians, contract technicians looking to join a company, or newly licensed technicians with a few years of experience. The position covers the Cambridge, ON area. Field/mobile technicians typically work from one client site and rarely perform roadside assistance. Technicians can schedule their own day by making multiple stops or planning their schedule as needed, provided it aligns with operational requirements. The role offers variety by working on Dry Vans, Reefer Vans, Flat-Beds, Agriculture trailers, and specialty trailers including live bottoms. The company guarantees 44 hours of work per week, with overtime for any additional hours.
Requirements
- 310J Trailer Technician license
- Experience as a Trailer Technician or contract technician
- Newly licensed with a few years of experience considered
Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance and repair on Dry Vans, Reefer Vans, Flat-Beds, Agriculture trailers, and specialty trailers including live bottoms.
- Work from a client site as a field/mobile technician.
- Schedule daily stops and plan routes as needed.
- Potentially complete roadside assistance (rarely).
