About The Position

This role involves working in the field using the latest innovative equipment. Immediate openings are available in the Milwaukee and Waukesha, WI and surrounding areas. No experience is required. The company believes in providing employees with the opportunity to develop their skills with in-field & hands-on training and prides itself on promoting from within. Technicians use the latest safety equipment to accurately detect gas leaks and quickly analyze data. After training, you’ll get to show off your time management & problem-solving skills by working independently. Technicians work outside in the fresh air, typically walking 5+ miles per day. Requirements

• High School Diploma OR GED
• Valid, unexpired Driver’s license

• Direct experience working with hands-on technology (e.g., phone & computer)
• Personal vehicle for daily work use

Responsibilities

• Inspecting, detecting, and preventing natural gas leaks
• Using the latest innovative equipment
• Working independently after training
• Walking 5+ miles per day
• Detecting natural gas leaks to protect the community and prevent harm
• Using cutting-edge technology & equipment to ensure accurate leak detection
• Navigating any natural gas incidents and implementing the proper solution
• Being professional & responsive to clients
• Accurately relaying findings and conveying information
• Being vigilant and staying focused while working to locate leaks
• Performing tasks effectively and safely outdoors
• Bending, crouching, kneeling, and walking several miles per day
• Carrying up to 20 lbs. of equipment
