About The Position
We are a water filtration company looking for a Field Technician to clean and collect data on our water dispensing equipment located in a local health food store in San Luis Obispo, CA. This is an excellent supplemental income opportunity, offering flexible scheduling with daytime, evening, or weekend options. The role is very part-time, estimated at 1 hour weekly per assigned store, with one store needing service approximately every 10 days within a 9-11 day window.
Requirements
- Ability to bend, squat, climb stairs or ladder
- Fluent in English
- Have a Smartphone and Email
Nice To Haves
- Self starter able to work independently and responsibly
- Detail oriented with good time management skills
Responsibilities
- Clean, provide technical service and customer support during field visits.
- Build positive relationships with customers and store management.
- Provide completed reports after each visit via email.
- Call Tech Support immediately regarding any leaks or readings outside of the normal range.
- Periodically, take photos of equipment; replace signage; report inventory etc.
