TWG Engineering is seeking motivated, detail-oriented Field Technicians to support utility infrastructure inspection and asset auditing projects throughout the United States. We provide extensive training and are looking for individuals with a strong work ethic, integrity, and a willingness to learn.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED
Minimum age of 21
Valid Driver's License with acceptable driving record
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and take ownership of assignments
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and environments
Willingness to travel and work overnight assignments as needed

Nice To Haves

Utility industry experience
Surveying or land surveying experience
GIS data collection experience
Utility locating experience
Construction or field service experience

Responsibilities

Conduct inspections and audits of utility assets in urban, suburban, and rural environments.
Utilize GPS equipment and company software to collect and record field data.
Document observations through notes, sketches, photographs, and digital reporting tools.
Upload and maintain accurate daily inspection records.
Follow established safety procedures and project requirements.
Communicate professionally with property owners, residents, and members of the public.
Maintain company-issued equipment and vehicles.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and office personnel to ensure project success.
Travel to project locations throughout the United States as needed.
