TWG Engineering is seeking motivated, detail-oriented Field Technicians to support utility infrastructure inspection and asset auditing projects throughout the United States. We provide extensive training and are looking for individuals with a strong work ethic, integrity, and a willingness to learn.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum age of 21
  • Valid Driver's License with acceptable driving record
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of assignments
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and environments
  • Willingness to travel and work overnight assignments as needed

Nice To Haves

  • Utility industry experience
  • Surveying or land surveying experience
  • GIS data collection experience
  • Utility locating experience
  • Construction or field service experience

Responsibilities

  • Conduct inspections and audits of utility assets in urban, suburban, and rural environments.
  • Utilize GPS equipment and company software to collect and record field data.
  • Document observations through notes, sketches, photographs, and digital reporting tools.
  • Upload and maintain accurate daily inspection records.
  • Follow established safety procedures and project requirements.
  • Communicate professionally with property owners, residents, and members of the public.
  • Maintain company-issued equipment and vehicles.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and office personnel to ensure project success.
  • Travel to project locations throughout the United States as needed.
