About The Position
Performance Point is seeking dependable, self-motivated professionals to inspect and test newly built homes to ensure they meet energy codes and quality standards before families move in. This role directly impacts safety, comfort, and long-term performance. The ideal candidate wants steady work, independence, and a clear career path, and shows up every day ready to deliver. This job involves working independently on active construction sites, which can be hot or cold, and may have no electricity or HVAC. The role requires climbing ladders, moving around unfinished spaces, and solving problems independently. Daily local driving is necessary, with the first job site typically by 8:30 AM. There will be busy seasons requiring longer hours, balanced by slower periods with more flexibility.
Requirements

- Inspect homes for quality and readiness
