About The Position

This opportunity offers a dynamic, field-based environment where no two days are the same. We welcome candidates with little to no prior experience. If you are reliable, safety-conscious, and ready to learn, we’ll provide the training and support needed to help you succeed. A resume is not required to apply. Earn $20–$30/hour DOE, plus the opportunity to earn up to $640/month in performance bonuses. This is a field-based position covering the Greater Phoenix Valley and nearby regions.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude and commitment to safe work practices
• Ability to work collaboratively and follow technical instructions
• Comfortable working in Arizona weather year-round

Responsibilities

• Perform field tests to verify meter functionality and accuracy
• Install, adjust, and troubleshoot small water meters
• Record and maintain detailed documentation (test results, service records, etc.)
• Travel throughout the Greater Phoenix area as needed
