Field Technicians will need to climb ladders, navigate unfinished spaces, and solve problems autonomously. Daily local driving to job sites, typically by 8:30 AM, is required. The role experiences busy seasons with longer hours, balanced by slower periods offering more flexibility. It is an entry point to becoming a Certified Energy Rater, with opportunities for advancement into HERS Ratings, ENERGY STAR® certification, advanced inspections, and specialized building performance services.
