About The Position
We are a water filtration company looking for a Field Technician to clean and collect data on our water dispensing equipment located in a local health food store in Santa Ana, CA. This is a very part-time role, estimated at 1 hour weekly per assigned store, with one store needing service every 7 days within a 6-8 hour allowable window. The role requires a self-starter who can work independently and responsibly, is detail-oriented with good time management skills, and can provide technical service and customer support during field visits.

- Ability to bend, squat, climb stairs or ladder

Responsibilities
- Clean, provide technical service and customer support during field visits.
- Build positive relationships with customers and store management.
- Provide completed reports after each visit via email.
- Call Tech Support immediately regarding any leaks or readings outside of the normal range.
- Periodically, take photos of equipment; replace signage; report inventory etc.
