About The Position
HomeSmiles is looking for a dependable, hardworking Entry-Level Field Service Technician to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with their hands, being active, working outdoors, and learning practical skills. Prior experience is helpful, but not required. We provide hands-on training and the equipment needed to succeed. If you have experience in maintenance, construction, landscaping, pressure washing, HVAC, handyman work, or another skilled trade, that is a plus. If not, we are willing to train the right person.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation to our office
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to perform physical work throughout the day
- Dependable and punctual
- Hardworking and willing to learn
- Comfortable working outdoors
- Comfortable with physical work
- Able to lift up to 75 pounds
- Comfortable using ladders when required
- Safety-conscious

Responsibilities
- Performing residential and commercial property maintenance services, including: Dryer vent cleaning, Gutter cleaning, Pressure washing and exterior cleaning, Window cleaning, HVAC coil and drain cleaning, Property maintenance services
- Equipment setup and operation
- Job site preparation and cleanup
- Driving company vehicles to customer locations
- Providing professional and courteous customer service
