Flexible Cleaning/Testing Gig- Once Weekly Visit
About The Position
NWS operates water vending machines in retail stores across the country. We’re building a team of Field Technicians in Yuma, AZ, to keep those machines clean, stocked, and running right. It’s straightforward work, it pays well, and you’re in charge of your own time. This is a 1099 Independent Contractor role with a pay rate of $26/hr. The work involves visiting assigned stores to clean and disinfect bulk water machines, take meter readings, log data, snap photos, and report any issues. This is not a repair job; the technician's role is to maintain cleanliness, document conditions, and report problems for a separate Service Technician to address. The role offers a consistent, scheduled route, with supplies provided and support from a home office.
Requirements
- A reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license
- A smartphone with a camera for photo submissions
- Attention to detail — you follow the checklist, every time
- You show up when you’re scheduled.

Responsibilities
- Clean and disinfect the bulk water machine inside and out
- Take meter readings and log the data on your service report
- Snap photos of the machine condition at every visit
- Submit your completed report to the home office when you’re done
- Call in anything that looks off — damage, mechanical issues, anything unusual
