About The Position

Brock Cabinets is looking for a dependable and motivated Field Technician to join their growing team. In this role, you will travel throughout your assigned territory, working directly with builders and job sites to ensure cabinet and countertop projects are completed with accuracy and quality. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, solving problems, building relationships, and experiencing something different every day.

Requirements

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and manage your daily schedule.
Basic math skills and the ability to accurately read a tape measure.
Willingness to learn basic cabinet repairs and adjustments.
Ability to lift, bend, stoop, and work safely on active construction sites.
Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented.

Nice To Haves

Experience reading construction plans is a plus, but we're willing to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities

Travel to residential and commercial job sites throughout your assigned territory.
Take accurate field measurements for cabinets and countertops.
Perform quality inspections following cabinet installations.
Build strong relationships with builders, superintendents, installers, and customers.
Review construction plans and verify field conditions.
Identify installation concerns and communicate solutions with internal teams.
Collect and return unused cabinet parts and trim to warehouse inventory.
Represent Brock Cabinets professionally on every job site.
