About The Position

As a Field Service Technician, you will support customers across the Montreal region by inspecting, maintaining, and servicing safety equipment. You’ll receive training and mentorship to build your technical skills and confidence in the role. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys working with their hands, being on the road and visiting different sites, and learning technical skills and building a career.

Requirements

  • Mechanically inclined (experience with tools, equipment, or hands-on work)
  • Enjoy problem-solving and learning new skills
  • Comfortable working independently and managing your time
  • Proficiency in both French and English is required for this position to effectively meet the needs of our Francophone and Anglophone customers, with a priority on serving our French-speaking clientele in compliance with Quebec’s Charter of the French Language. This bilingual requirement also ensures our team can access and understand technical information in English provided by our national and international manufacturers and suppliers. These skills enable us to deliver precise, high-quality service to all partners and uphold our commitment to excellence.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in trades, warehouse, manufacturing, automotive, or related environments (an asset, not required)
  • English is an asset (used for equipment manuals, training and supplier communication)
