As an Installer, you are the boots-on-the-ground expert ensuring our cutting-edge wireless vibration sensors are deployed perfectly, safely, and efficiently.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 1+ years of experience in a mechanical or electrical trade or apprenticeship.
  • Basic knowledge of industrial machinery (compressors, motors) is a must.
  • Willing and able to travel up to 80% of the time, including international assignments.
  • Ability to climb ladders/scaffolding, work in confined spaces, and stand for extended periods.
  • Comfortable with the physical demands of a plant environment.
  • Proficient in Windows, MS Office (Word/Excel), and quick to learn specialized installation and configuration software.
  • Fluent in English with the ability to communicate technical value to clients clearly and professionally.

Nice To Haves

  • A degree from a Technical/Vocational school in a mechanical or electrical field is highly preferred.
  • You can work independently and manage your schedule effectively in the field.
  • You take pride in "neat" installations and accurate data entry.
  • You enjoy the challenge of diagnosing a network or mechanical issue on the fly.
  • A desire to learn vibration analysis and contribute to process improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Install, test, and maintain wireless vibration sensors on critical assets like pumps, motors, and gearboxes.
  • Use hand tools, power tools, and specialized software to configure networks and ensure seamless data collection.
  • Diagnose and resolve sensor or network connectivity issues to ensure 100% system uptime.
  • Lead preliminary inspections to determine hardware requirements and network mapping.
  • Deliver high-quality technical reports and data analysis to ensure both the client and our engineering teams have accurate insights.
  • Maintain a "safety first" mindset, adhering to I-care and client-specific safety protocols (LOTO, PPE, etc.).
