About The Position

Belshire, a 100% employee owned, established environmental services company, is investing in dependable and hardworking individuals to perform underground storage tank (UST) compliance testing and repairs at various facilities. Training will be provided and there is advancement potential for top performers.

Requirements

• One year of construction or related experience
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform other strenuous tasks
• Clear communication and ability to work in a team environment
• Absolute attention to detail and a focus on quality
• Problem solving skills
• Computer proficiency
• Valid California driver’s license with excellent driving record
• Ability to pass pre-employment and ongoing random drug (including marijuana) and alcohol screening
• Ability to pass annual respirator fitness test
• Occasional out-of-town work

Nice To Haves

• Plumbing, concrete or other construction trade experience
• Forklift, backhoe or other equipment operation experience
• Previous underground storage tank testing and repair experience
• ICC UST Installation/Retrofitter Certification

Responsibilities

• Perform underground storage tank compliance testing and repairs
• Provide support on construction and larger repair projects
• Respond to maintenance and other service calls
