About The Position

Provide exceptional service to our customers by performing maintenance, diagnosis, and repairs on allied type construction and Aerial work platform equipment. Responsible for picking-up and delivering equipment when necessary. Complete associated paperwork. Establish and maintain service-oriented working relationship with customers. Provide excellent customer service to all customers. May perform other related duties as requested and/or assigned.

Requirements

• Two or more years of related work experience.
• Good understanding of gas and diesel engines, hydraulic and electrical systems.
• Self-starter, organized, with strong customer service orientation.
• Computer literacy required.
• Familiar with programs such as Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to follow all safety rules and wear proper safety equipment.
• Excellent planning & organizational skills.
• Must take initiative, be team oriented and willing to adapt to change.
• Ability to respond to callouts, work overtime and weekends when needed.
• Excellent communication skills (written, e-mail, and verbal).
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (no more than 2 minor violations within the past 3 years and no major violations within the past 5 years).
• Ability to lift 75 lbs.
