About The Position
TIAG is hiring a Field Technician/Installer with Level I experience. This role is crucial for sustaining mission readiness by ensuring the optimal performance of critical Department of Defense (DoD) Electronic Security Systems. The ideal candidate will have experience in installation, maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of these systems, combined with a proactive, team-oriented approach. This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant vocational training is a plus.
- 1-2 years of experience in a technical or related field.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a government issued security clearance.
- US or Naturalized Citizenship is required.
- Basic knowledge of low voltage system components and wiring.
- Familiarity with standard hand tools and testing equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Strong verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities
- Perform basic installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting tasks under direct supervision.
- Learn foundational technical skills and adhere to standard operating procedures.
- Diagnose and resolve common, routine technical issues.
- Complete introductory technical training modules.
- Assist senior technicians with the physical setup of new equipment.
- Receive on-the-job training and guidance from a Level III Technician.
- Accurately record all service and repair activities in the system.
- Attend documentation workshops and certification programs.
