RRC is seeking a talented Field Technician (Utility Locator) to help us build the future of U.S. energy production from our Austin/Round Rock Texas office. Level II, requires multiple years of utilizing Ground Penetrating Radar and EM Wand locating. Develops future skills cross training in GPS Surveying, GIS Drone Surveying and Operation. Maintain and grow the with the US Energy Market. Conduct Field Job Trailer visits creating new opportunities. Works with Business Development Director, VP of Surveying in strategic growth among the regional markets. Create conduits of conversations between the active client projects and RRC.

Requirements

  • Multiple years of utilizing Ground Penetrating Radar and EM Wand locating.
  • Ability to train and provide an apprenticeship style coaching when onboarding new PUL Technicians.
  • Provide a high-level of customer service and acumen.
  • Communication with client representatives meeting their level of attention and expertise.
  • Prioritize time management and communication as it relates to the success of the team and directed by FSM.
  • Operate, protect, and maintain equipment in a safe work environment.
  • Expresses the core values of above and beyond, quality work, client satisfaction, and employee happiness.
  • Ability to travel long distances throughout Texas, LA, OK, NM, KS and California or any markets that we serve.
  • Able to stay overnight consecutively each month based upon the demand and growth of the PUL market.
