About The Position

Superior Environmental Solutions (SES) is looking for a safety-focused Field Technician / General Labor to join their dynamic team. SES is a leading provider of industrial and environmental services throughout the Midwest, founded in 1999. The company operates in multiple states and offers services including water blasting, tank cleaning, emergency response, vacuum truck services, waste management, transportation, and hazardous waste disposal. Requirements

  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • Must be safety conscious and have a good work ethic.
  • Must be able to work varied hours and on an on-call basis and travel as required
  • Ensure equipment and company property are maintained in proper condition.
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment, random, and or post-accident/injury substance abuse screening.
  • Use of respirators (including fit testing) may be required based on specific customer needs to meet project safety requirements.
  • Follow and distinguish emergency signals and instructions.

Nice To Haves

  • A driver's license and a clean driving record are strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Minimal travel up to a week at a time during seasons
  • Ensure Health and Safety is the number one priority.
  • Work with designated company representatives to learn and understand all safety, operational, and company rules, regulations, and responsibilities.
  • Hands-on operation of manual and automated hydro-blasting equipment and vac-truck operation.
  • Assist in the setup and tear down of the job site.
  • Perform all work as directed by the supervisor or leadership personnel.
