About The Position

Superior Environmental Solutions (SES) is looking for a safety-focused Field Technician / General Labor to join our dynamic team. This role involves ensuring Health and Safety is the number one priority, working with designated company representatives to learn and understand all safety, operational, and company rules, regulations, and responsibilities. The position requires hands-on operation of manual and automated hydro-blasting equipment and vac-truck operation, assisting in the setup and tear down of job sites, and performing all work as directed by the supervisor or leadership personnel.

Requirements

A driver's license and a clean driving record are strongly preferred.
Must have reliable transportation.
Must be safety conscious and have a good work ethic.
Must be able to work varied hours and on an on-call basis and travel as required.
Must be able to pass a pre-employment, random, and or post-accident/injury substance abuse screening.
Ability to move/lift up to 50 lbs.
Must be able to repetitively lift, stoop, bend, squat, kneel, reach, and crawl.
Must be able to work in extreme conditions such as heat, cold, dusty, and wet conditions for extended periods of time.
Must be able to work in confined spaces and tight quarters.
Must be able to climb ladders, and work from stationary platforms at elevated heights.
Must be capable of working extended hours and variable shifts.

Assist in the setup and tear down of the job site.
Perform all work as directed by the supervisor or leadership personnel.
Ensure equipment and company property are maintained in proper condition.
Use of respirators (including fit testing) may be required based on specific customer needs to meet project safety requirements.
Follow and distinguish emergency signals and instructions.
Be able to wear protective clothing and equipment such as respirators, safety glasses, approved steel-toe shoes, coveralls, and hearing protection.
