About The Position

Join Satellites Unlimited (SUI) as an entry-level Field Technician, ideal for individuals with mechanical aptitude and good communication & customer service skills. You will install tech products, troubleshoot issues, and educate customers on smart home technology while driving sales.

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 80lbs, and carry extension ladders
• Stand for long periods of time
• Must be at or below 330 lb weight limit
• Work in confined spaces
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Valid driver's license and clear driving record
• Pass background check and drug screen
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Install tech products from DISH, Starlink, Boost Mobile, OnTech, Polk Audio, Google, and Ring
• Troubleshoot and solve equipment and service issues
• Educate customers on smart home technology and drive sales of products and related services through solution-based recommendations
