About The Position

Join Satellites Unlimited (SUI) as an entry-level Field Technician installing and servicing tech products from DISH, Starlink, Boost Mobile, OnTech, Polk Audio, Google, and Ring. This role is ideal for individuals with mechanical aptitude and good communication and customer service skills. You will troubleshoot and solve equipment and service issues, educate customers on smart home technology, and drive sales of products and related services through solution-based recommendations. SUI is a growing, Employee-Owned company serving the Southeast with over 300 team members and 175,000+ customers annually.

Requirements

Ability to lift up to 80lbs, and carry extension ladders
Stand for long periods of time
Must be at or below 330 lb weight limit
Work in confined spaces
Strong customer service and communication skills
Valid driver's license and clear driving record
Pass background check and drug screen
Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

Install tech products from DISH, Starlink, Boost Mobile, OnTech, Polk Audio, Google, and Ring
Troubleshoot and solve equipment and service issues
Educate customers on smart home technology
Drive sales of products and related services through solution-based recommendations
