Field Technician - Dish/Starlink - Alabaster, AL
About The Position
Join the Satellites Unlimited (SUI) family as a Field Technician! Our entry-level satellite TV and broadband technician role is ideal for individuals with mechanical aptitude and good communication & customer service skills. You will install tech products from DISH, Starlink, Boost Mobile, OnTech, Polk Audio, Google, and Ring, troubleshoot and solve equipment and service issues, and educate customers on smart home technology while driving sales of products and related services through solution-based recommendations.
Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 80lbs, and carry extension ladders
- Stand for long periods of time
- Must be at or below 330 lb weight limit
- Work in confined spaces
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Valid driver's license and clear driving record
- Pass background check and drug screen
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
Responsibilities
- Install tech products from DISH, Starlink, Boost Mobile, OnTech, Polk Audio, Google, and Ring
