About The Position

This entry-level role is ideal for individuals with mechanical aptitude and good communication & customer service skills. You will install tech products, troubleshoot issues, and educate customers on smart home technology while driving sales.
Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 80lbs, and carry extension ladders
- Stand for long periods of time
- Must be at or below 330 lb weight limit
- Work in confined spaces
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Valid driver's license and clear driving record
- Pass background check and drug screen
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
Responsibilities
- Install tech products from DISH, Starlink, Boost Mobile, OnTech, Polk Audio, Google, and Ring
- Troubleshoot and solve equipment and service issues
- Educate customers on smart home technology and drive sales of products and related services through solution-based recommendations
