The Field Service Technician provides on-site and remote technical support for Enterprise Imaging Radiology and Cardiology customers. This role is responsible for installing/moving, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing imaging hardware and software in healthcare settings, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal system performance. You’ll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
  • 3+ years of experience as a field engineer diagnosing and troubleshooting software and/or computer systems
  • Willing or ability to work 8:00am – 5:00pm Eastern Time Zone or Central Time Zone
  • Willing or ability to occasionally work on call and overtime as the business requires
  • Willing or ability to Travel 75%25 of the time
  • Reliable transportation

Responsibilities

  • Provide on-site and remote troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of Enterprise Imaging Radiology and Cardiology equipment
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues using manufacturers' documentation and diagnostic tools
  • Perform preventative maintenance to ensure system reliability and minimize downtime
  • Install, configure, and relocate medical imaging systems according to manufacturer specifications
  • Test newly installed equipment to ensure full functionality before handover
  • Document all installation activities for compliance and customer records
  • Communicate effectively with healthcare professionals to understand their technical needs and concerns.
  • Provide guidance on equipment usage and recommend solutions to optimize performance.
  • Foster strong relationships with customers to enhance trust and satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of all service activities, including troubleshooting steps, parts used, and repairs performed.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, manufacturer standards, and company policies.
  • Submit required service reports, expense logs, and part returns on time.
