About The Position
In Field Strategies is seeking dependable and motivated individuals for field-based opportunities nationwide. This general interest form allows consideration for current and future roles in canvassing, community outreach, voter contact, petition circulation, field leadership, and related project work. Opportunities differ based on project, location, schedule, duration, and employment type, with some being temporary or seasonal and others offering potential for continued work and advancement.
Requirements

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to follow instructions and complete work accurately
- Comfort interacting with members of the public
- Access to a smartphone and the ability to use mobile applications
- Availability that matches current project needs
Nice To Haves
- Previous canvassing, campaign, sales, outreach, or field experience is helpful but not always required
Responsibilities
- Conducting respectful, face-to-face community outreach
- Communicating project information clearly and accurately
- Following approved scripts, instructions, and field procedures
- Recording accurate results using a mobile device
- Meeting attendance, performance, and data-quality expectations
- Working independently and as part of a field team
- Walking, standing, and working outdoors for extended periods when required
