Requirements

Must be 21 years of age or older.
Must have or obtain a Valid ASRB License
Must pass Armed training, have valid pistol permit.
Valid driver’s license and a Motor Vehicle Record that meets company approved driver standards.
Function well in high-paced/stressful environments
Strong written/verbal communication
Responsive and flexible scheduling
Basic computer/data entry and multitasking
HS Diploma or equivalent
Able to obtain any & all security certifications/licenses
State Issued Driver's License (Not Expired)

Nice To Haves

Military, Law Enforcement, or Armed Security Experience, preferred.
Experience with electronic reporting systems
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
Prior Military Preferred
Prior Certified Law Enforcement Officer Preferred
Alabama Security Regulatory Board License, preferred

Responsibilities

Oversees field operations, dispatching, and scheduling of security personnel.
Ensure compliance with company/client policies and maintain a secure, professional environment.
Manage officer schedules and assignments
Conduct field training and evaluations
Support logistics and dispatch operations
Conduct walking patrols and report safety concerns
Monitor access points and verify credentials
Respond to alarms/incidents per protocol
Maintain logs and incident reports electronically
Enforce post instructions and procedures
Use tablets and basic computer systems for reporting
Supervise and support security officers
Ensure scheduling and performance compliance
Provide coaching and corrective guidance
Address concerns professionally
Maintain communication and customer service
Ensure uniform and conduct standards
