This position bridges the gap between the office and the job site, aiming to alleviate field administration tasks from Market Managers, PMs, Coordinators, and Field Leads, allowing them to focus on execution.

Responsibilities
- Manage labor and timecards, including chasing down missing punches, reconciling temp invoices, tracking PTO, and preparing records for payroll.
- Oversee fleet and equipment administration, such as tracking registration renewals, managing fuel card logs, and scheduling equipment rentals.
- Maintain storage and inventory records, including setting up recurring storage billing, tracking inventory activity, and ensuring billing records align with actual inventory.
- Ensure field crews have seamless access to necessary gear, company apparel, tools, and specialty equipment.
- Own and maintain digital product catalogs for non-profit initiatives, connecting daily operations to community projects.
