The Field Support Manager will work directly with the Field Support team to manage processes that enable Key Accounts, Insights, and Distribution to be more effective. This role will help develop tools to support national strategies required by the Sales and Distribution teams across the US to lead the Energy Drink category, grow the business, and win against the competition. The manager will focus on improving or maintaining processes and tools for future growth, optimizing time, simplifying operations, and engaging/training the sales force on critical trade initiatives across all Off-Premise accounts serviced by RBNA’s national distribution network.
