About The Position

Fetch is a venture-backed company redefining multifamily living through Package Delivery, Valet Trash, Fetch Market, and Fetch Storage. Valet Trash by Fetch is seeking a part-time Field Support Associate to provide hands-on, non-supervisory field support to communities using its Valet Trash Service. The role supports contractor-based operations rather than managing contractors, and serves as a flexible extension of the operations team for audits, inventory needs, verification tasks, and short-term field assistance during high-volume or disruption periods. It is suited to someone seeking practical, hands-on part-time work who is comfortable traveling locally, working independently, and helping where operational support is needed.

The position requires local travel between communities, possibly up to 200 miles per week. Approved work-related mileage is reimbursed according to company policy; regional or multi-market travel is not expected. Compensation is $21 per hour.

Requirements

• Willingness to drive and perform hands-on physical field work within a metro area.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to document observations accurately.
• Reliable open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with a trailer (required).
• Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
• Basic proficiency with smartphones and mobile applications.
• Ability to lift and handle up to 50–70 lbs as required.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to travel locally between communities, possibly 200 miles per week.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field audits to verify service quality, safety compliance, and site conditions.
• Perform inventory-related tasks, including equipment condition checks, inventory replenishment, lockbox and fob replacement, and coordination of minor equipment repair.
• Provide compactor and dumpster assistance when access, overflow, or blockage issues occur.
• Support service verification, including observational evaluation of contractor performance.
• Assist with temporary service-window coverage or on-site operational support during high-demand events.
• Document findings clearly and submit reports to Valet Trash Operations.
