Field Support Agent (Night Shift)
About The Position
We are rewriting the rules of urban mobility at Vay, where customers can summon a car with no one inside, powered by our world-first Remote Driving technology on real public streets. We are live in Las Vegas and scaling fast, with a mission to replace private car ownership with a faster, cleaner, door-to-door mobility model. This role is an exciting chance to be at the forefront of a cutting-edge autonomous driving technology project. As a Field Support Agent, you will play a critical role in bringing this technology to life by working hands-on with our vehicle fleet, ensuring they are clean, charged, rebalanced, and road-ready. You will also contribute to testing and training processes while supporting a groundbreaking mobility solution in Las Vegas. The pay for this role is $18 per hour, paid bi-weekly.
Requirements
- A responsible and safety-conscious driver with a valid US driver’s license
- Willingness to work night shifts and weekends (9:30pm to 6:30am, ideally Wed - Sat)
- Ability to pass a drug screening, including THC
- Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented, with a strong troubleshooting mindset
- An interest in autonomous vehicles and future mobility
- Resilient and comfortable working in a dynamic, tech-forward environment
Responsibilities
- Rebalancing vehicles to key locations across Las Vegas to ensure optimal fleet availability
- Charging, cleaning, and performing quality checks on vehicles to deliver the best customer experience
- Acting as a safety driver during vehicle training and testing sessions
- Completing checklists and documentation to certify vehicles are safe and ready for on-road deployment
- Occasionally delivering vehicles directly to customers and assisting with pickups
