About The Position

We are looking for A-Players who have experience in onsite management of residential kitchen and bathroom remodeling projects with homeowners, and who are looking for generous bonus opportunities second to none! TAC Franchising LLC is made up of Kitchen Tune-Up and Bath Tune-Up, and we cover most of Metro Atlanta. At Kitchen Tune-Up and Bath Tune-Up, our design and remodeling team will Uplift your home and life by Updating your kitchen or bathroom utilizing our 5 Client Trustpoints to deliver your dream kitchen or bathroom and create a client experience second to none. Our Kitchen Tune-Up 5 Core Services include our proprietary 1-Day Wood Restoration Tune-Up, Cabinet Re-Facing, Cabinet Redooring, Cabinet Painting, and Custom Cabinets. Our Bath Tune-Up 5 Core Services include Vanity Only, Shower Remodel, Tub Remodel, Conversion, and Full Bathroom Remodel. We have plans to grow aggressively in 2025 and beyond. This will offer us the opportunity to promote from within and offer you true career advancement all the way to Senior Management. Requirements

Onsite Field Supervisor experience with residential kitchen and bathroom remodeling
Strong problem-solving skills and effectiveness at communicating project details and potential challenges to team members and clients
Work full-time, Monday-Friday
Three days per week office day in Canton office for team building and warehouse management
Available to occasionally work late or weekend hours to complete projects in a timely fashion
Three references from previous supervisors
Positive attitude and high energy!
Strong character guided by a good moral compass. Always do the right thing!

Responsibilities

Creating an exceptional client experience and earn a 5-Star Google Review
Measuring at the project site to order project materials
Ordering and coordinating the timely delivery of project materials
Managing our warehouse, including logging and labeling all incoming shipments and properly organizing them and ensuring all project materials are sorted and accounted for prior to installation
Over-communicating with clients and install teams, including scheduling the installation and sending the client a detailed schedule of their project one week prior to the start date
Managing and coordinating the day-to-day field work to ensure it is conducted according to our Client Service Trustpoints, within the scope of the proposal and our gross profit margin, within the client investment range, and compliant with safety codes and ordinances
Inspecting the completion of the project and forward feedback to the Project Manager, the Operations Manager, the General Manager, and/or other teammates
Running multiple project sites effectively, efficiently, and safely
Recruiting installer teams (1099s and W-2s)
Participating in Operations Team meetings
