Field Supervisor IS
About The Position
Clean Harbors is looking for a Field Supervisor to support operations involving three-phase centrifuge systems. This role provides supervisory expertise for the safe operation of industrial centrifuges and related equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of three-phase power distribution, motor controls, and centrifuge startup/shutdown procedures. This position will help troubleshoot centrifuge electrical faults, overloads, and operational alarms, while supporting efficient dewatering operations by minimizing centrifuge downtime. Knowledge of VFDs, control panels, breakers, and electrical interlocks associated with centrifuge systems is crucial for improving operational reliability and reducing the risk of equipment damage. The Field Supervisor will also assist with commissioning and field setup of mobile or temporary centrifuge systems, enhance coordination between operations crews, electricians, and equipment vendors, and provide hands-on field leadership during critical sludge dewatering operations. The goal is to help optimize centrifuge performance, throughput, and operational efficiency, and reduce dependence on third-party technical support for routine operational troubleshooting.
Requirements
