Community Partners in Action (CPA) is seeking a Field Supervisor for the Community Court program. Founded nearly 150 years ago, CPA champions criminal justice reform and advocates for the dignity of individuals. Our programs focus on reentry and housing, youth initiatives, a Prison Arts Program, and alternatives to incarceration, aiming to transform individuals and society. We serve over 4,000 individuals annually across Connecticut, supported by various partners. CPA is committed to a BEDI (Belonging, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion) culture, striving for an inclusive and equitable workplace that drives criminal justice reform in CT, ending racial inequities and ensuring the humanity and dignity of those interacting with the system.
