About The Position

The Field Supervisor will be responsible for supporting client care by conducting in-home visits to ensure care meets quality standards and compliance needs. This role involves guiding and training caregivers, including leading orientations and supporting new hires, and serving as a primary resource for field staff. The Field Supervisor will also welcome new clients by meeting families, assessing needs, and developing personalized care plans. Additionally, this position acts as a communication bridge between clients, caregivers, and office staff, and is responsible for problem-solving in the field to ensure consistent and compassionate care.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 60 hours or more of college coursework
• 2+ years of supervisory experience in a healthcare facility, agency, or community-based setting.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Nice To Haves

• 1 year of leadership experience + 30 hours of college credit can substitute for the educational and supervisory experience requirements.
• Home care, caregiving, or staffing experience preferred.
• Bilingual skills a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities
