About The Position

As a Field Supervisor at Bone Dry Roofing, you will take on a key supervisor role focused on managing daily field operations and ensuring projects are completed to company standards. This supervisor position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in the field, motivating crews, and maintaining a strong customer service experience throughout each project. You will lead teams on residential roofing jobs while helping drive safety, efficiency, and quality on every site. In this supervisor role, you will oversee roofing crews, coordinate daily jobsite activities, and monitor projects from start to completion. You will oversee field production, manage workflow priorities, and lead communication between homeowners and internal production staff. Strong customer service abilities are critical, as you will regularly interact with customers and ensure expectations are met throughout the roofing process. The ideal candidate can lead under pressure, resolve issues quickly, and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment. Requirements

• 1–2 years of roofing or construction industry experience
• Ability to supervise and lead teams effectively
• Comfortable climbing ladders and working at heights
• Valid driver’s license
• Successfully pass a background check
• Successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen
