About The Position

The Security Field Supervisor is responsible for directing and overseeing service delivery during an assigned shift. Serving as the key link between Security Specialists and Security Leads, this position manages day-to-day operations, delivers coaching, and acknowledges team performance. The Security Field Supervisor also partners with Security Leads to carry out performance management responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Guarantee that all active posts — including temporary or ad-hoc assignments — are fully staffed throughout the shift, managing call-offs and securing appropriate coverage, up to and including personally filling open posts when needed.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations, scheduling, and task assignments for Security Specialists across multiple client locations.
  • Conduct weekly site visits to each active post and Security Specialist to verify quality and regulatory compliance across the following areas: Security Specialist wellbeing, including health and safety, Compliance with Customer requirements, Compliance with TRIDENT requirements, Uniform quality and compliance, Post orders are always up to date and relevant.
  • Receive, log, and escalate questions and concerns raised by Security Specialists to appropriate leadership.
  • Deliver continuous field-based training and development for both new and experienced Security Specialists.
  • Visit each Security Specialist on-site a minimum of twice during every shift.
  • Handle inbound calls and inquiries, taking messages, responding to questions, and escalating issues to the right individuals when required.
  • Respond promptly to emergency situations during your shift and ensure they are properly reported.
  • Prepare and submit shift activity reports documenting any incidents, irregularities, property damage, theft, or other notable events, as required by Trident.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in relevant operating platforms (e.g., Silver Trac, WhatsApp).
  • Carry out any other responsibilities as directed by Trident leadership.
