The Field Supervisor position reports to the Manager, Customer Service Office and is responsible for providing direction and guidance to the adjusting team. This role involves training and leadership for adjusting staff on SCIC programs, initiatives, and customer service techniques, as well as daily coaching and monitoring of their work. The supervisor ensures accuracy of inspections and documentation, performs various claims/inspections, and handles dissatisfied customers or problem situations in the field. The role also includes conducting field training, assisting with recruitment and selection, and conducting performance evaluations for adjusting staff. The supervisor will stay updated on corporate and agricultural changes and participate in the annual sale of the Crop Insurance program.
