About The Position

FC Parking & Hospitality provides valet, guest service, and shuttle transportation services to healthcare facilities, hotels, restaurants, and more. Our valuable Field Supervisors travel to regional locations (<30 miles) and audit operations to identify areas of improvement. These company leaders train, coach, and keep our team motivated, while ensuring policies and expectations are followed. This is a full-time day shift position, Tuesday through Saturday, with a competitive hourly wage plus tips and a weekly fuel stipend. The role requires computer and administrative skills for field administrative work with MS Office and scheduling software.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of leadership experience.
3 years of continuous Driver’s License experience.
No more than 2 minor moving violations within the last 3 years.
No major moving violations within the last 3 years.
No alcohol or drug-related violations within the last 3 years.
Positive Teamwork Mindset, great communication skills, and a clean-cut appearance.
Reliable transportation.
Clean driving record (capable of passing a driving test).
Ability to pass a criminal background check.
Ability to travel to regional locations.
Ability to walk, stand, and jog for an 8-hour shift.
Tolerance for inclement weather.
Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs for short periods of time.
Ability to push a wheelchair with a guest in it.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required.
