About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Traffic Control Field Supervisor to oversee daily traffic control operations and ensure safe, efficient work zones. This role is responsible for managing crews, coordinating with utility service clients, and ensuring compliance with all applicable safety regulations.

Requirements

• Previous experience in traffic control management or supervision
• Strong knowledge of traffic control standards and safety regulations (MUTCD)
• Leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment

Nice To Haves

• Traffic Control Supervisor (TCS) Certification
• Flagger Certification
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Bilingual

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and manage traffic control operations across multiple job sites
• Develop and review traffic control plans in accordance with MUTCD and local regulations
• Supervise, train, and support field crews
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and local agencies
• Ensure all job sites meet safety and compliance standards
• Manage scheduling, staffing, and equipment allocation
• Conduct site inspections and adjust traffic control plans as needed
• Track and report labor, equipment usage, and travel time
