Requirements

Experience as a security supervisor or field supervisor.
Willing to represent the company in each of your field visits.
Active NYS security license.
Valid driver's license.
Available to work evening and overnights on weekends.

Responsibilities

Conduct quality site inspections and supervise day-to-day operations at sites.
Collection of timesheets and reports as required.
Engage, supervise and help train security officers.
Will be responsible for coaching, development, and support of security staff.
Must maintain a professional attitude with all interactions with clients, employees and security officers.
Must maintain company vehicle during your tour and submit daily field and vehicle reports
Investigate incidents and/or customer complaints and compile data for accurate reporting.
Able to cover an open post as needed.
