About The Position

ABT Plumbing, Electric, Heat & Air in Grass Valley, CA is hiring a full-time Field Supervisor – Plumbing and Home Services to take charge and elevate the performance of our top-tier service teams. This role involves traveling between job sites, overseeing projects, and providing direct support to technicians in the field. Responsibilities include mentoring the team, troubleshooting complex issues, assisting on jobs, coaching technicians on customer communication and repair plans, resolving customer concerns, and auditing job quality.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• 5+ years of hands-on residential plumbing experience (CA journeyman level preferred)
• Strong knowledge of residential HVAC and/or electrical systems (multi-trade experience strongly preferred)
• Proven success in in-home service and sales (not construction)
• Excellent communication, leadership, and coaching skills
• Comfortable navigating customer concerns and resolving complaints
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to perform duties in varied residential environments
