Requirements
- Residential construction experience (commercial a plus)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Basic proficiency with an iPad for project tracking
- Ability to lift up to 80 lbs intermittently and 40 lbs regularly
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to climb ladders, walk on roofs (sloped and flat), and inspect attics up to 2.5 stories high
- Conversational Spanish or a strong willingness to learn
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage exterior remodeling projects
- Conduct on-site inspections to ensure quality and safety
- Collaborate with team members to meet project timelines and goals
- Maintain excellent customer relationships throughout each project
- Help M&M maintain our 95% customer satisfaction rate
