About The Position

Leola Construction is seeking a Field Superintendent who combines strong communication, accountability, and a desire to grow to oversee our residential construction sites with integrity and excellence. Leola Construction, a residential shell construction company based in Gibsonton, Florida, specializes in slab masonry, block masonry, and framing for single-family homes, townhomes, and condominiums across the Southeast. We provide expert services to many of the nationâ€™s biggest home builders, delivering high-quality, on-time, and on-budget projects. Requirements

2+ years of management experience
Valid driver's license with a safe driving record

Nice To Haves

Sales experience in construction is a plus.
Bachelorâ€™s degree preferred but not required.
OSHA 10-Hour Certification Preferred

Responsibilities

Act as a liaison between clients, subcontractors, and employees, fostering strong relationships to ensure project success.
Oversee daily operations on residential construction sites, managing slab, block, and framing activities to meet plans, schedules, and budgets.
Lead subcontractors with accountability, ensuring high-quality work and a safe job site.
Conduct site inspections and progress reviews, using strong analytical and decision-making skills to address issues proactively.
Enforce safety protocols and compliance with local building codes, leveraging time management skills to keep projects on track.
Coordinate material deliveries and equipment usage to optimize resources and maintain efficiency.
Communicate clearly with project managers and clients, providing detailed updates and reports to maintain transparency.
