About The Position

Dueall is seeking a hands-on Field Superintendent to lead exterior remediation and restoration projects for residential and commercial properties. This role involves guiding on-site teams to tackle problems related to stucco failures, waterproofing breakdowns, and other exterior issues, turning them into successful outcomes. Dueall specializes in comprehensive exterior remediation and restoration, including stucco repair, cladding remediation, waterproofing, painting and finishing, and construction defect correction for projects ranging from large-scale HOA renovations to commercial building restorations.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in construction leadership or project supervision roles
Experience in restoration or exterior remediation (stucco, waterproofing, cladding, etc.)
Resilience under pressure and adaptability when field conditions shift
Results-driven, takes ownership, and follows through to completion
Clear communication, collaborative work style, and strong job site presence
Customer focus and leadership potential
Tech-savvy with project management tools and general Microsoft Office proficiency

Responsibilities

Lead on-site crews with clarity, energy, and direction, fostering a positive job site environment that promotes accountability and performance.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, inspectors, vendors, and homeowners, serving as the key point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.
Develop and manage schedules, coordinate trades, and allocate resources to keep projects on time and within scope.
Enforce strict adherence to OSHA safety standards and project quality benchmarks, conducting regular inspections and resolving issues proactively.
Anticipate challenges and make smart, swift decisions to resolve issues before they impact timelines or budgets.
