About The Position

This position is responsible for the overall management and execution of each project including, but not limited to, planning and scheduling, resource allocation, reporting, project accounting and control of the installation crews. This position will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the projects, provide technical direction and ensure overall compliance and quality standards. This position reports to the Division Manager.

Requirements

Spanish speaking required
Thorough knowledge of all legal and safety requirements is required
Ability to travel to project locations as needed

Foam insulation experience desired; general construction knowledge
Capacity to handle pressure on a daily basis
Effective time management and organizational skills

Responsibilities

Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Manage Field Supervisors and crew.
Perform a key role in project planning, budgeting, and identification of resources needed.
Maintain aggressive sub schedule to complete projects on time.
Build jobs per approved plans, change orders or revisions.
Project reporting functions including managing the crew hours, daily production and final payroll allocations.
Maintain positive relationships with crews, suppliers and building officials.
Communicate effectively with the employees responsible for completing assigned tasks.
Ability to demonstrate initiative to make a project happen; not let it happen.
Maintain strict adherence to the budgetary guidelines, quality and safety standards.
Effective communication on all aspects of the job.
All other duties as assigned.
