Job Summary: Provides leadership in the planning, coordination, and execution of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) field operations for complex construction projects, ensuring alignment with project objectives, safety requirements, and quality standards. Guides MEP field execution by applying advanced technical knowledge and judgment to resolve complex systems coordination and installation challenges without formal people management responsibilities. Coordinates across project teams, trade partners, and self-perform work to maintain workflow continuity and mitigate MEP-related risks. Influences project outcomes by identifying constructability improvements, sequencing efficiencies, and prefabrication opportunities specific to MEP systems. Contributes to continuous improvement by sharing MEP field insights and leading practices with project teams.
